These Payment Terms apply to all orders placed on the Novowey website https://www.novowey.com/, together with our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. By completing checkout, you agree to these payment terms.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Novowey accepts the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, PayPal, Klarna and other payment options displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure authorised payment service providers. Novowey does not permanently store your full bank card details.
2. Pricing and Currency
All product prices shown on our website are in Euro (EUR), including applicable French VAT. Shipping fees and any other additional charges will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before confirming your order.
3. Payment Authorisation
When you place an order, your selected payment method will be authorised. The sales contract is only confirmed once your payment is successfully authorised and we send you the official order confirmation email. We may cancel your order if payment authorisation fails, funds are unavailable, or fraud risk is detected.
4. Pre-Authorisation
For card payments, a temporary pre-authorisation hold may be applied to your account at the time of ordering. This hold reserves the order amount. Funds will only be captured when your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch. If your order is cancelled before shipment, this pre-authorisation will be released automatically. Release times depend on your bank or card issuer.
5. Invoices
Upon request, Novowey will provide a commercial invoice for your order. Please contact our customer service after placing your order if you require an invoice.
6. Refunds
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing time by Novowey follows our Return & Refund Policy. Once we issue the refund, the time for funds to appear in your account is controlled by your bank, card provider, PayPal or Klarna, and may take several business days.
7. Payment Security
All payment transactions use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your payment information. Never share your card details, PayPal login or verification codes with Novowey customer support.
8. Fraud Prevention
We carry out fraud screening for all orders. We may contact you to verify your identity, billing address or order details before dispatching goods. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.
